Chewing tobacco or snuff got its hooks into you?

Want to quit?

Quitting smokeless tobacco can be accomplished within a few days if you follow some guidelines.

First a few facts…

Fact No.1 – Whether you smoke, chew, dip or other way of getting your nicotine fix; you have to fix that fix! Two or three days without nicotine and you’re home and hosed — there’s no nicotine left in your bloodstream.

Fact No. 2 – You might be home and hosed with your physical nicotine addiction, but you’re likely getting a bit hosed off with missing your emotional attachment. More on that in a moment.

Fact No. 3 – With quitting smokeless tobacco, it’s essential that you replace the ritual of chewing or dipping with something else. This is very important — that’s fer shure.

Here’s some more stuff on the above facts… no I didn’t say snuff — you’re giving that up aren’t you?

What sort of kick do you get out of nicotine? It can affect people differently, but the basic facts are that nicotine stimulates your central nervous system; increases your respiration; and constricts your arteries thus raising your blood pressure making your heart beat faster.

Depending on how many certain neural pathways you have in your brain, and also oddly depending on whether you are stressed or laid back, nicotine can hype you up or calm you down.

With smoking, nicotine gets to your lungs on the tar in the smoke. The lungs absorb it and it tootles off to your brain within 7 or so seconds after each puff. With smokeless tobacco, it takes 3-5 minutes to affect your brain.

When you cease and desist any nicotine delivery, your system goes into withdrawal and naturally enough you miss it. Give up anything you’re used to, whether it’s food, an old friend, morning coffee, or even something horrible, like a bad relationship… and your thoughts will linger on what it used to be like.

Physically, when quitting smokeless tobacco, those brains receptors will quickly give up complaining and shut down and not need nicotine, but it’s that old attachment in your mind that you miss. This can be especially wrenching if you used nicotine as your prop to get you over life’s little bumps.

You’ll find that you have unconsciously associated certain environments or people with your habit. When you quit your habit you now have to give yourself new rewards in these environments — or avoid certain places and people until you are safe.

Ready for quitting smokeless tobacco?

What to do now?

Don’t even think of disobeying this order! Get yourself some healthy snacks, gum, cloves, cinnamon sticks and so on to have on hand when an urge strikes.

Don’t stuff any old food in, space it out, and make it healthy. And remember you are not replacing your baccy with a constant food habit; you are simply having something on hand for if and when you need it. You will gradually need it less and less.

And keep your hands occupied too. From ripping up a stress ball to weaving a mat, there’s no excuse not to have something to turn to to keep your mind and hands involved and NOT REACHING FOR THE BACCY TIN.

It all sounds so simple here, but it does involve your commitment to keep to your goal. Like anything worthwhile, that bit of effort will reward you a hundredfold.

More importantly it’s such a major drag to have to face up to this quitting thing ever again, so do your best to avoid all that guilt, stress and wasted time, effort and money.

Quitting smokeless tobacco can be done smoothly and quickly with expert help, and our Quit for Good course, with the free bonus E-book of 101 tips to stay quit is just the ticket. It serves exceptional well for keeping on track when quitting smokeless tobacco as well as for smokers.

“So easy to follow, so simple to do…”

And this same method is SUCCESSFUL for all smokers… no matter how many cigarettes, or how long you’ve smoked

Saves time… be an EX-SMOKER within seven days

Melts away fears

Reverses craving

And even ELIMINATES STRESS

And to top it off, this stop smoking program leaves you with NO dodgy, drugged side-effects.

If you or someone you know is a smoker and looking to quit, here’s the best news you’ve heard in a long time.

It doesn’t matter if you have failed before. Put that behind you and begin now.

You can quit with the Quit for Good Stop Smoking Program, safely, enjoyably and with far less time and expense, than drugs, vaccines, or any nicotine replacement aids.

As Michelle from Noosa says, “I loved this course from start to finish, couldn’t wait to get to the next day’s session. Truly great!”

Smoking CAN be stopped

Here’s your chance to discover exactly what to do. For example…

On this stop smoking course you’ll discover that every act of smoking is broken down right from the start… from when the thought comes into your mind, taking a cigarette from the pack, lighting it, and more.

You’ll discover that you are made super-consciously and carefully aware of each small step.

You’ll discover that this begins the process of understanding and controlling your automatic urges and habit.

You’ll find that this process is quite unique and enlightening.

You will also happily discover that this is just one of many techniques that hold your hand all the way to becoming smoke-free.

Program is available as MP3
download, or on CDs.

Change the rest of your life in ONE week

In fact the most DRAMATIC CHANGE takes place in the first 24 hours. Almost without fail, all smokers following this stop smoking program, drop their smoking rate by at least 50% after the first listening session.

You take it one day at a time, over one week. Sit back and follow the easy instructions for approximately one hour each day.

The simple, concise steps mean you forge ahead, gaining confidence as you stop having to reach for a smoke. In fact you have very cleverly taught yourself to actively dislike the idea of smoking!

Of the many, many thousand of happy ex-smokers, who have used this stop smoking program, (More testimonials here) they all gained far more motivation and skills than with any other method currently available.

Like them, you will find the excitement of a new, free way of life, as it replaces your old smoking pattern. That pattern that for years had been set in your brain physically and emotionally.

You are your own guide

As you listen and follow the techniques, the thrill of your success is doubly so, because it comes from you!

You’re doing it; you’re now controlling your habits, your destiny. It is truly powerful.

How?

There’s an old saying that anything worth achieving requires effort. Quite true, that’s the way life is.

And effort brings not only success but the warm satisfaction of achievement of that success. And that’s what makes personal success permanent… it’s YOURS, not some magic pill or doctor, or anything or anybody doing something to you. What you put out, you get back doubly so.

With this Stop Smoking Program, YOU do it, and you finish as a life-long NON-smoker.

In a nutshell, we’ve done the effort and we now supply the clear, specific tools for you to use.

There’s no frustration, and nothing left out… it’s all here and we GUARANTEE YOU WILL QUIT SMOKING if you complete this course. There are no difficult parts, and it is successful for all smokers.

Interestingly, the positive feedback we get, is often about how intrigued people are at the way this program shows them how to control their thinking, visualization, brain power, self-esteem and the whole mind/body connection.

Fears, what fears?

Crystal writes… “My commitment wasn’t 100% at first because I was afraid of failure again, but wow, as soon as I realized I really was able to stop smoking, I was almost more scared of the heady feeling of the new me as a non-smoker!”

Forget about that old killjoy, ‘Fear of failure.’ Any worry you might have will be about ‘Fear of success.’

But don’t worry, you will be well equipped with coping strategies to face your smoke-free future, so just be sure you do want to quit smoking and are ready to follow the concise and simple steps on this Stop Smoking Program.

Imagine

Imagine after a week, getting up to a brand new day, and you’re in control… you are actually IN CONTROL… you don’t need to reach for a smoke.

Imagine you feel pretty good about yourself, and you think back to when you went looking for stop smoking help… and now you’ve turned your goal into reality.

And just think with each passing day, as you smoothly practice the actions and thinking of the Quit for Good Stop Smoking Program, your old smoking patterns go further and further from your memory, so they never bug you again.

Imagine your money jar tinkling, and you smile at the thought of not needing any more help or $$$ to quit, no top-ups, no medical visits, no drugs, nicotine or prescriptions. What a relief it’s all over. Oh nearly forgot… no more money going up in smoke either.

Don’t gamble with your health, your life, your future

Independent research consistently proves that the most successful methods to quit are where a smoker, either individually or in a group, participates in a stop smoking program, smoking cessation therapy, counseling or cold turkey with support.

Even the latest medical advances — all with side-effects you wouldn’t want to discuss over dinner, lose hands down.

Now, take an EXCEPTIONAL stop smoking program like Quit for Good, and it’s got to be good for you!

Never Think About Smoking Again
with 101 Tips to STAY Quit!
Downloadable e-book (Normal retail value $29.95)

The ultimate follow-up after quitting smoking

So simple to follow and apply. There are 101 tips on how to fill up your time, occupy your mind, keep you on track and give meaning to your life — after quitting smoking.

The methods explained in this downloadable e-book will get you quickly and safely into the same way of life that non-smokers are. They are written by former smokers! These are pearls of wisdom, the very best of what worked for others… their pet favourites.

All this takes a few minutes to pull up a chair and browse through the pages and sort out which tips jump out at you, which you can highlight and save.

You can in fact get going within a few seconds after downloading the book, because the sharply focused case studies show exactly what to do and how it will work for you!

There’s no wasting precious time wallowing through pages of instructions and airy fairy theory… each and every one of the 101 terrific tips… all 112 pages, contain specific details which are straight to the point and eye-popping in usefulness.

Some of the tips you will use in the next five minutes, some you wouldn’t want to be without for a couple of weeks, and others you’ll keep for a lifetime.

Many of these secrets are unique and sometimes even quirky methods that have been stored in the minds of former smokers up till now, without them realizing that others wanted to find out too!

So after nearly a year of interviews and research, the best of the best tips which have been revealed to me, have been tested and I am now proud to provide this information to others.

There’s none of this “take a deep breath, have a glass of water and suck air through a straw,” in here.

Everybody knows those, and certainly water and deep breathing are excellent, but heck, how depressing, when you get hit in the face with a craving spike to only have those standbys to resort to.

“The best money I’ve spent all year!

As for the 101 tips, even my husband who has never smoked, loved it. He said he found some thought provoking ideas to follow, which turned out to be perfect for solving a decision he needed to make. As for me, your book opened my eyes to a whole new world of opportunities. I’m too busy and happy to even think about my silly old expensive smoking habit again. MJ & WJ

P.S. We all had so much fun with your “Spicy Tricks section,” Absolutely loved it — they are part of our life now!

These best of the best tips to make your new non-smoking life run smoothly and stress-free cover such things as:

Worried about weight gain? Wait ’till you see how Ron’s solved this in his catchy and amusing way. His specific plan, his list, and the exact way he bribed his office to make it all work to his favor. (Tip No.73)

Stuck in inertia? Many people can’t get motivated unless something comes along to shock them into doing so. Read what happened to Frank, his painful experience and how he used it to his advantage to quit smoking and stay quit. Scary! But this will inspire you too. (Tip No. 14)

Calling all cooks, or wannabes. “These ideas I found absolutely indispensable.” Says Clare in her unique way to fill up her old smoking time and stop any possibility of recurring nicotine thoughts… and win hands down. (Tip No.61)

Have you any idea what utter power you have over yourself – if you know how to use it? Take a leaf out of Kay’s book and her great little trick that proved better than hypnosis. (Tip No.18)

You won’t get caught by the razzle dazzle of glamour, peer pressure or cool factor with this. Bonny’s ‘bright’ idea around the kitchen table gave her an eye-opening ‘aah ha’ life moment. Turn the corner with your own great ‘aah ha.’ (Tip No.6)

Follow these four essential steps on how to stop smoking…

Plan it. That’s right. A bit of thought beforehand makes quitting run like clockwork.

Spontaneous decisions are great in life, but when it comes to long term, life changing stuff, such as money or health, wise choices are easier when planned, your goals are set and when you are mentally and physically prepared.

Huge numbers of smokers often spontaneously decide to quit. They’ve had enough, and especially on New Year’s Eve, they’re on a high with the celebrations &mdash: what a great idea. But they wake up the next day in January with their resolution still ringing in their ears, and no planning done.

There’s their ciggies waiting on the table, maybe another get-together with their mates… holiday stuff.

Their stop smoking idea doesn’t seem to stack up anymore. The pull of the season, peer pressure or instant cravings are just too strong.

Bang goes their wonderful idea and zap goes their confidence that giving up smoking is easy.

Wait until you are going through normal daily life. Make your own thoughtful decisions that are right for you and stick to them, otherwise someone else will try and sabotage your less-than-rock-solid commitments.

Get your mind set on succeeding so that when you stop smoking you will not just be going through the motions, you will be actually ready to zero in on your goal with all your senses and Quit for Good

Prepare it. Before you go through the very specific actions of actually stopping smoking, which we will come to next, you need to set everything in place so that there is not a shadow of a doubt that you won’t fall by the wayside and slip up in the future.

Remember … if you follow the right know-how to quit,
your reward will be a total toss-out of smoking for life.
You will be celebrating and free, not forever on your guard.

Get everything to do with your new lifestyle ready and prepared. This can make all the difference in your comfort level once you’ve quit. For most smokers it just takes a few changes to fill up the gap left from smoking.

There’s a lot of free help in this website so you can Quit for Good so have a read of what interests you, such as having a friend to call on, weight and snacks to eat.

Same for cigarettes? Like unrequited love, never leaving you in peace?

Stay with me here, and we’ll show you how you can break this attachment, what to expect, and how to banish this two-faced friend that’s forever leading you up the garden path.

You CAN control the physical and emotional smoker in you. You CAN discover how to quickly minimize side effects when you stop smoking.

Getting on top of the side effects of quitting smoking is easier than you think.

But first, as they say, “come sit with me here and tell me your story… ”

It’s important to go back to the start of your smoking to know what your side effects of quitting smoking will be and how to deal with them.

What made you try your first cigarette? What made you desire something that’s totally unnecessary to life — downright dangerous in fact?

The risk aspect of it? Or maybe it was the sophistication of someone you knew, who smoked and seemed to be so with-it?
The truth is probably somewhere in between

Nobody takes up smoking because they’re addicted to nicotine — it starts in the mind. You made a choice.

So after dealing with the physical side effects of quitting smoking, see
Nicotine withdrawal symptoms

…then the emotional smoker in you needs attention.

I’m 16, but hey, it’s cool to look 21

center>

From the many surveys done over the years, the generalizations are that young people are predictable, and they hanker after one or all of the following… fitting in, recognition, sophistication, being cool, relieving anxieties, flouting restraints, having fun, testing, testing… and so on. (Don’t we all — especially having fun.)

Some people push their limit with sport, a hobby, weird behavior or attachment. Others break out with alcohol, flirt with drugs or similar.

And research shows most smokers took up their habit through being influenced by somebody in their life or a peer group whom they admired, or craved to be like.

This then was an emotion… a psychological need.

Some smokers want to emulate famous stars who smoked — charismatic people who push boundaries and flaunt society’s rules. You may have this sort of personality, and may also like to lead others and thumb your nose at authority.

Or more often than not, you could be, or at least were when you started smoking, just a bit unsure of yourself, and looked up to one or more influential people that came into your life.

Maybe at that time, you had a need to fill and had no other healthier activities to distract you, and perhaps didn’t have the checks and balances of guidance and discipline to heed.

Emotions, moods, boredom… enough to drive you to… well, smoking in this case.

Plus of course, drinking is usually another negative right of passage that goes hand in hand with smoking.

And as sure as elephants can’t jump, like all young people, the thought of payback or side effects of quitting smoking down the track was not of remote concern to you.

I mean 50, who cares! 50 is so-o-o old, you’ve got a lotta livin’ to do!

What pushed you over?

Now the tricky part comes in… what made you carry on to become addicted?

Here’s a quick questionnaire:

Did you enjoy your first smoke?

Do you smoke everyday?

Do you smoke 15 or more a day?

Do you get a real buzz from nicotine, enough to change your mood?

Do you grab a smoke first thing in the morning?

Are most of your answers yes? Then you can partly blame your genes.

Research shows that a small proportion of people are genetically more receptive to the stimulants in nicotine than others, and usually end up heavier smokers too — read more on this in
Nicotine withdrawal symptoms

Regardless of this, many people pushed through the barriers of distaste, unpleasant symptoms and expense, and kept trying in their efforts to project sophistication, rebelliousness or just to “belong.”

But over time, most young people found better things to do and got a better idea of who they were and where they were going, which boosted their self-esteem.

And so they got their kicks and having fun other ways… and thus didn’t become addicted.

Your personal prop

But if your genes make you more susceptible to nicotine, and/or emotionally you enjoy the culture of smoking, then of course by now the chemical buzz, however small, has got to you.

If so, both the physical and mental side effects of quitting smoking have to be fixed pronto.

And if you’re using your smoking habit to deal with negative emotions, such as sadness, depression or anxiety, then most certainly you’ll find yourself with emotional side effects from quitting smoking.

With smoking and emotions, there’s little point in quitting, when you still have unpleasant emotions lurking.

If you’re angry, you’re angry — smoker, drinker or not.

Smoking is a symptom of your anger, boredom, loneliness, or set-back in life, as the case may be, and it’s so easy to let it settle into a bad habit. You become addicted to the nicotine and addicted to the experience of smoking to cope.

Extra, extra, read all about it!

But, guess what? Good news, fixing the cause of your negative emotions is not like a huge black hole filled with a lifetime of therapy or addiction.

You can learn to do it yourself very quickly… whoopee!

There are timeless, proven strategies to eliminate any side effects of quitting smoking and pull yourself up to a confident happy person, beginning with your mind.

Huh, mind? Yes, the seat of your problems is the key to your recovery. Learn to control your mind and change your thinking… and you change your life. How cool is that!

The principles in the
Quit for Good Stop Smoking Program

lead you through this process expertly.

You can grab the bull by the horns and get rid of your smoking habit in one easy week. It’s over and done with fast using this powerful program… and it’s easier than you think, even fun at times!

What you’ll discover is that side effects of quitting smoking are unnecessary as you instantly zero on to the purpose of quitting, using mental techniques, and re-programming new habits.

It’s vitally important for permanent recovery in relation to quitting smoking and emotions to:

Discover your innermost feelings about smoking

Uncover your strengths and get to the seat of your identity

Deal with any discomfort

Learn how to manage your emotions in better ways

Eliminate the desire and gain confidence that you will quit

Equip yourself with creative ways to make the change

Keep the momentum going

Cope with stress

Heal any and all unpleasant experiences that have
controlled your life up until now.

Interestingly it was emotions that got you into all the messes in your life, and it is emotions that will free you too.

Did you know that the biggest emotion that makes people quit smoking is fear? Fear of their future if they continue to smoke.

When this fear outweighs the fear of the side effects of quitting smoking, a little light comes on… and you go looking for peace of mind.

So hello, nice to see you here, and we really look forward to making this day one of the best in your long and happy life!
