<p>One obvious way to lessen  these cravings is by using distraction. When you try to stop smoking you  will always continue to have issues if all you ever do is keep on  planning the way you will actually do this. But when you learn to control your thinking to stop feeling  that strong physical urge to smoke, it will become quicker and easier to  handle the cravings. <p><span><span>Let me tell you why &#8230;</span></span></p>

<p><span><span>It was only for a day and a half and this is not going to be able, but not planning and preparing myself.</span> <span>I could have planned for the boredom and anxiety that surely had something to keep me busy.</span> <span>I could also have plans to keep away from other smokers, so I could not get a smokescreen.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>Here are some things you should plan for:</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>Boredom</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>Anxiety</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>Cravings</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>Being around other smokers</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>Stress</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>Drinking</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>Some of these can be easily overcome.</span> <span>Boredom can be overcome by keeping busy.</span> <span>Stress and anxiety can be overcome by exercising (I found this largely to help).</span> <span>Also, it is unlikely to be around other smokers in the year.</span> <span>Try to keep and publication because when your drinking more likely to have a smoke and you also around other smokers.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>To relieve his anxiety I recommend you try hypnosis as I did when I finally </span></span><span><span>quit smoking</span></span><span><span> forever.</span></span></p>
