Do all women gain weight when quitting smoking?
My husband and I are going to
quit smoking soon and have already set a quit date. However I am worried about rumors of gaining weight after quitting. I will not eat more than I do right now (which is only 750 cal a day). I am to vain and to controlled in my will power to let my eating habits change and my exercise routine change . So if my eating habits do not change will I gain weight?

Women tend to start eating unhealthy when they quit smoking, but if you keep your current diet your weight will remain unchanged.
Hope this helps

There is a possibility of gaining weight. you mentioned you are vain, wait until you have smokers lips etc. from smoking and that should be a motivator to you to stop …

Both men & woman gain weight from quitting, because of the habit of putting something in your mouth all the time.
Try Electric Cigarettes:
Technically it is not a quit smoking aid, BUT people have successfully used it to quit: First they switch to the ecig, after a few weeks, they cut back the nicotine level, after a few weeks more they cut back again. Basically they use it in steps, like you do with the patch or gum. I’m told it helps more though, because it also takes care of your physical addiction of wanting to put something in your mouth…AKA not gaining weight.
I use an ecig as an alternative smoking. I don’t regret switching and I wouldn’t ever go back. If this concept interests you hit up Epic-Vapor they have great customer service.
